Angelo Niforatos
Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder
Angelo brings over a decade of DoD engineering, automation, and systems engineering experience to Vigilare AI. A former Lockheed Martin engineer, he developed proprietary AI/ML algorithms for electronic warfare systems and secured multiple FAA BVLOS waivers. He founded Vigilare AI after recognizing that the intelligence layer autonomous systems desperately needed didn’t exist — and that operators deserved better.
Brennan Thierry
Chief Operating Officer & Co-Founder
Brennan’s career spans 16+ years across defense systems engineering, C2, electronic warfare, and security — including roles at Lockheed Martin, General Dynamics, Bechtel, and ResilienX. A New York Army National Guard officer with deep MDMP and field operations experience, he built Vigilare AI’s business operations from the ground up. As COO he leads business development, finance, investor relations, and all commercial operations.
