Vigilare AI Completes Multi-Concert Security and Safety Pilot with Bethel Woods Center for the Arts
Proven, not promised: TitanOps completed a full concert season protecting patrons at one of New York’s premier live event venues, integrating cameras and drones into one system that cut alert-to-response times and sharpened operational efficiency.
FAYETTEVILLE, N.Y. — August, 2026 — Vigilare AI, developer of the TitanOps operational intelligence platform, today announced the successful completion of its pilot program with Bethel Woods Center for the Arts, the performing arts center and museum located at the site of the 1969 Woodstock festival in Bethel, New York. The pilot ran across a season of live concerts, validating TitanOps as a layered, real-time safety and security system for large outdoor venues.
The program began with a focused mission: using autonomous drones to extend situational awareness and augment on-the-ground security operations. Over the course of the pilot, Vigilare AI expanded TitanOps’ scope significantly, integrating more than 20 existing venue camera feeds alongside drone operations into a single, unified system. The result was a layered approach to venue safety that reduced the time between an alert and an on-the-ground response, support that extended beyond security operations alone to the broader goal of keeping every patron safe.
Real Results for Real Patrons
Throughout the pilot, TitanOps supported venue staff and public safety partners in moments that mattered directly to guests. Drones extended the search after dark and provided a superior vantage point, while TitanOps’ real-time video analysis flagged issues the instant they appeared. In one case, this combination enabled a fast, coordinated deployment of venue security and EMTs to a patron who had fallen at the perimeter of the venue, cutting the time to medical response. Beyond these highlighted moments, TitanOps’ combined camera-and-drone detection operated continuously throughout the pilot, giving venue staff enhanced situational awareness across the grounds during high-attendance events.
Coverage extended beyond the concert grounds to Bethel Woods’ on-site campground, where drones covered ground faster than a traditional foot or vehicle patrol. Staff used that speed to keep an accurate, live count of open sites and to spot traffic backups and accidents as campers arrived and departed, catching issues early enough to redirect traffic before they became major delays.
