On the Road with TitanOps: West Orange PD and Fire

We’re just back from West Orange, and we’re still buzzing about today.

We spent the day on-site meeting with students to talk through the technology, then ran a live demonstration of TitanOps for the West Orange Police and Fire Departments. Getting to show the platform working in real time, in front of the people who’d actually be relying on it in the field, is a completely different experience than pitching it on a slide, and today reminded us why we love doing this.

The best part of the day, honestly, wasn’t the demo itself. It was the conversations before and after it, hearing directly from police and fire personnel about the problems they’re actually dealing with day to day, and talking through where a platform like TitanOps could genuinely help. We walked in ready to show off what we built. We walked out with a much better sense of what to build next.
