Your Customers Already Have Cameras.
Here's How to Sell Them What Comes Next.

Most footage only gets watched after something goes wrong. For regional integrators, that gap is the biggest opportunity sitting in their existing customer base.

Walk into almost any school, clinic, warehouse, or venue in Upstate New York and you’ll find cameras. Most of them were put in by a local integrator who did the job right: good coverage, clean cabling, reliable recording.

Most of that footage never gets watched until after something has already gone wrong. Someone pulls up the recording the next morning to see who got in, who fell, or how the fight started. At that point the camera was a witness, not a warning.

That gap is the biggest opportunity sitting in an integrator’s existing customer base right now. It’s the reason we built TitanOps the way we did.

Same camera, same moment. The difference is when anyone finds out.

Three ways to add "smart" to a camera system today.

When a customer asks their installer for more than recording, there have usually been three answers.

1

Built-in camera analytics. Most IP cameras and NVRs ship with motion detection and line-crossing. They're included and easy to turn on. They're also noisy: headlights, shadows, and swaying trees all trigger alerts, and customers learn to ignore them within a month.

2

Rip-and-replace cloud platforms. Some platforms deliver strong analytics, but only on their own cameras and their own cloud. For the integrator, that often means swapping out hardware they chose, giving up margin on it, and handing more of the customer relationship to the platform.

3

Single-purpose detection tools. Some tools do one thing well, such as weapons detection. For a customer that needs broader awareness, that means stacking several subscriptions and several dashboards.

How TitanOps is different

TitanOps is a software layer that sits on top of the cameras an integrator already installs. There’s no camera swap and no change to the recording or monitoring setup, and the integrator’s own techs install it. It uses vision-language AI that interprets what’s happening in a scene, so a person falling in a hallway, a door propped open after hours, or a crowd building at an exit is flagged as an event, with context, as it happens.

Why this matters for installers specifically

It wins bids.

When three shops quote the same cameras, the one that can also say "and it will alert you when something actually happens" stands out. Adds flexibility for the installation package, choose the right camera, no matter the manufacture, for each position while getting the same features for all.

It turns an install into a relationship.

Hardware jobs end when the crew leaves. Software that keeps delivering value keeps the integrator first in line for expansion work.

It sells more cameras, not fewer.

Once detection works at the entrance, the next question is the loading dock, the parking lot, and the stairwell. Adds flexibility to work with any camera manufacturer.

Your team installs it.

Your techs set up TitanOps on the cameras they already put in, so it's billable labor on every job. We provide the software and back your team with technical support. The customer stays yours.
